Application scenario: TP259-2H production well located in the west of Tarim Basin, where the buried depth of Cretaceous oil and gas reservoir is more than 4000 meters, is characterized by strong heterogeneity, thin reservoir and large structural fluctuation.
Technical advantages: independently developed azimuth electromagnetic wave resistivity imaging logging tool and 3D target precise navigation technology. Based on interdisciplinary integration and utilizing intelligent algorithms to establish multiple correlation relationships, a three-dimensional geological model of oil and gas reservoirs at the meter scale is constructed, pre drilling targets are pre-set, and horizontal well trajectories are designed; Predict geological information and oil and gas indicators. The directional electromagnetic wave resistivity imaging logging tool can transmit high-precision data in real-time to the surface decision-making system under complex underground conditions, providing parameters for well trajectory control; The pre drilling model constructed by 3D target precise navigation technology has high accuracy, and the real-time update speed of the 3D model while drilling is fast.
Application effect: It demonstrates high reliability and stability under complex working conditions such as high torque underground, horizontal pressure support, and strong vibration impact. In the end, the sandstone drilling encounter rate of TP259-2H horizontal well was 96.3%, and the tested oil and gas production was 45 tons/day, which was about 5 times that of adjacent wells. Application effect: Under the conditions of hard F12 rock layers, the eastern guide section completed the pilot hole operation in only 72 hours, and the hole expansion operation took only 158 hours. The deviation rate was less than 0.15%, and the efficiency was improved several times, significantly reducing construction costs and providing technical equipment support for improving the quality and efficiency of the mine.
